Who are the Rails Builders?

It's a network of a 100 Rails Builders (~12/100 active Builders as of time of writing) who get together to share their experiences building useful products and getting them out into the world since beginning of 2025.

How do the Rails Builders groups work?

The Rails Builders meet in cycles (think a 3-month period) where experienced Ruby developers build real businesses and products they are passionate about. The group has a few simple rules, traditions and fun gamification elements to keep everyone rolling, learning and focusing on their product, marketing and sales funnels.

The Rails Builders started as a funky idea in early 2025 as one group of builders who hack and vibe out products with Ruby and Rails coming together every week to gain clarity around their idea, product, marketing and tech decisions. The initial group somehow grew into three (3!) groups. Below are the OGs who believed in the power of building together and stuck through at least one cohort!
